What did our team do?
Astana Concert organized the project in Kazakhstan from start to finish—from coordinating with the artist's tour management and agreeing on terms, schedules, and riders to preparing venues in the tour cities.
We provided full production: stage, lighting, sound, video/LED, and special effects, as well as backstage infrastructure (dressing rooms, hospitality, catering), and crew and equipment logistics.
A separate unit of work included the ticketing system and customer service, marketing and PR campaigns, partner integrations, and sponsorship placements. On the day of the show, we were responsible for security, accreditation, and operational management, overseeing timing, rehearsals, and performance quality.
